Hi Beckie and Tina. Just wanted to say that it’s been so fun listening to your podcasts! I found out about you about a week ago and I’ve just caught up and listened to your latest episode last night. I’ve been homeschooling since the beginning as well, and homeschool an only child who is going into 6th grade (where oh where does the time go???). I just started using Moving Beyond the Page for my daughter’s reading and language arts last year and she loves it. She’s always been an avid reader, but a very reluctant writer. This is the first curriculum item that I’ve ever bought that she did the writing without major complaint (and thankfully now she’ll write for other assignments, as well, with a lot more ease). I was so excited to finally find something that got her writing! Thanks so much for putting out this podcast. I love that you’re honest about the homeschooling experience. It’s so easy to get caught up in the idea of the “perfect” homeschool experience and feel like a failure before you even get started.

Thanks for your kind words! It’s always awesome to hear how people are enjoying our show! Nice to hear someone else who likes Moving Beyond the Page too! I think I may have to check it out myself, since I have a reluctant writer myself!
